All About Avocado Oil
If you’re wondering why this brand-new blog of mine has suddenly seemed to vanish, it’s because I’ve been hard at work at Traditional Cooking School. I have had the honor of writing for Traditional Cooking School (a.k.a. GNOWFGLINS) for almost two years, and I’m posting over there with more frequency now.
Writing for one’s own site is hard enough, but writing for such a well-known site as TCS is another enchilada. I feel spread thin between these two sites, but I am learning so much! Sooooo, without further adieu, here’s a post for ya: Avocado Oil — The New Fat in the Real Food Kitchen.
