What You Can Do Today to Save Time This Week in the Kitchen
Many women and families I talk to about healthy, whole foods have the sincere desire to incorporate these foods and meals from scratch into their lives; however, they have one BIG concern: TIME.
A Real Food lifestyle isn’t exactly the most convenient lifestyle on the planet. After all, pouring a bowl of cereal or opening a package, adding water, and microwaving are fast and easy and don’t require effort or planning ahead. But those aren’t what you want to feed your family!
So how do you make nutrient-dense foods part of your lifestyle in a way that doesn’t stress you for time? How do you prepare and serve whole foods AND still spend time with your family, take a nap, and/or binge watch Nashville?? (I mean, those things ARE important, or is it just me??)
