You should leave it there for <strong>at least <\/strong>15 minutes, but for the best results, leave it for 1-8 hours or overnight.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Step Three \u2013 Prepare Your Sauce<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>While your chicken marinades, it is time to start preparing your sauce. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To do this, the first thing that you need to do is saut\u00e9 your yellow onion in the ghee. Leave it in the saut\u00e9 pan for 5-8 minutes until the onion is fully translucent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the onion is translucent, add the garlic, ginger, and the rest of the spices in the \u201cTikka Masala Sauce\u201d list to the saut\u00e9 pan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leave them to simmer for around 3 minutes or until the flavor of the spices begins to emerge (you will notice a difference in the smell).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With these ingredients ready, you can add the remaining ingredients from the \u201cTikka Masala Sauce\u201d list to the pan. Leave the sauce to simmer for around 15 minutes or even longer if you want the flavor to develop further.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, transfer the sauce from the saut\u00e9 pan into a blender. You will then need to blend the sauce until it is completely smooth. Once it reaches this stage, you are ready to move on to the next step.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Step Four \u2013 Saut\u00e9 Your Chicken<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>By the time your sauce is prepared, your chicken will be marinated and ready to go.
