Hi! I’m Lyndsey. I have been a qualified dietician for around 8 years now. Having worked with a range of clients, with various nutritional needs and goals, I have learned a few things.
I’ve worked with individuals that want to gain weight, lose weight, reach their health goals and more. Some people have a great understanding of the best foods to eat to meet these goals, and others simply don’t.
But, I’m here to help you. I decided to start TodayInDietzville because I wanted to share all of the tips, tricks and information that I’ve learned over the years as a nutritionist.
One of the biggest challenges holding people back from altering their diet is that it’s a change. But, I’m a strong believer that change is a good thing!
Making better dietary choices does not mean that you have to starve yourself, or never eat the foods that you love.
